Racing Camp
Racing Camp is an extraordinary opportunity for intermediate and advanced level junior sailors to enter the sport of sailboat racing. Sailors can expect a week of race training and coaching as well as the opportunity to participate in the IBYC racing program on Wednesday night. This is a 1-week, all day class.
Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday classes are 8:30-4:30 and Wednesday class will run from 10:30 am -7:30 pm, giving all sailors to race their boats or crew with experienced racers in the Wednesday night fleet races.
We will focus on starting, mark rounding, boat speed, introductory tactics and the racing rules of sailing.
